By placing a bid you are entering a legal contract with Trice Auctions that you will be paying for the items that you win. 13% Buyer's Premium on all online, phone or absentee bids ONLY, 10% if paying with cash or check. Example if your winning bid is for $100.00 you will be billed $113.00. If items are not picked up on the scheduled day, you will still be charged for the items, after 7 days items become proptery of Trice Auctions and will be sold. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS! ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Remember there is a 6% sales tax on auctions in Maryland

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAY WITH CASH PLEASE LET US KNOW ASAP OR YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED.
Trice Auctions will process your credit card on file, twice if items are shipped. Once for the hammer price, buyer's premium, & tax (if shipping in state) and a second time for shipping. If for some reason you do not have a credit card on file or your credit card on file is denied Trice Auctions will send you a PayPal invoice, if we have to send you a PayPal invoice you will be charged an another 3% as a service fee.
We will only make an offer to contact you once for your items, if we do not have payment with in 2 days your items will be forfeited.

LOCAL PICKUP ONLY, unless prior arrangements are made
All shipping and handling charges will be charged to the buyer. It may be charged as a separate transaction. Buyer will be charged actually shipping cost, packing material plus $2 handling charge. Shipping cost includes, cost of shipping service and any packaging supplies. On large items such as furniture, cars, trucks, motorcycles, farm equipment and anything over 150lbs is solely the buyers responsibly, however Trice Auctions will make all efforts to help in the shipping of these items. Shipping insurance MUST be purchased or Trice Auctions will not be responsible for lost or broken items during shipping.
