FOR LOCAL PICKUP BUYERS:
We charge $10 per lot if we have to remove the items and arrange a different pickup time and date.Failure to pick up your items will result in a ban from bidding in our auctions, please be an adult and show up to the pick up date & time. Nothing is a bigger pain then having our sellers being stuck with items you won, just because you are a no show.

SHIPPING:
Shipping is offered for this auction, there is a $4 packing and handling fee per package. Some packages may close extra due to packing material needed and labor involved.

Payment Info:
Payments are due at pickup/removal, all items must be paid for before removing. Credit Cards during registration are for verification only. We accept cash (please bring exact change), credit card and local check under $100 (we have the right to refuse check payment). There is a 3% convenience fee for debit and credit card transactions. Payment is due when picking up your items, we never hit credit cards on file unless items are not removed.

All items are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY! By placing a bid you are entering a legal contract with Trice Auctions that you will be paying for the items that you win. 10% Buyer's Premium on all onliine bidding. Items not picked up on the scheduled pick up/load out day, become property of Trice Auctions and will be sold. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS! ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please bring your own packing supplies and help for removal SHIPPING All shipping and handling charges will be charged to the buyer. It may be charged as a separate transaction. Buyer will be charged actually shipping cost, packing material plus $4 handling charge. Shipping cost includes, cost of shipping service and any packaging supplies. On large items such as furniture, cars, trucks, motorcycles, farm equipment and anything over 70lbs is solely the buyers responsibly, however Trice Auctions will make all efforts to help in the shipping of these items. Shipping insurance MUST be purchased or Trice Auctions will not be responsible for lost or broken items during shipping.
